Why “Inspired”? - The idea for this company was born when two people were approached to help a friend with his new business venture. They knew that they had the right skills for the project. However, what they did not have was the time. They both already had full time jobs. Nevertheless, they agreed that they would sacrifice their personal time in order to get the project done and help their friend. They put an enormous amount of time and effort into that project. They barely saw their families for several months. At the end, when they were exhausted from the long days and sleepless nights, they said to each other, that they would… do it all over again. They came to realize that they were so inspired by the end goal of the project that it overwhelmed their existence and gave them extraordinary power to reach the goal.

Our Technology Professionals have over 15 years of software design and development experience within various industries, such as mortgage, real estate, government, communications, banking, finance, pharmaceutical, etc. Their skill sets include such current technologies as mobile solution development. Our Program and Project Managers:

Managed development of Procurement Audit Management application, which was an online system that enabled customer to store procurement audit data collected as part of procurement audits and run statistical reports off of the data.
Have extensive experience in managing multibillion dollar mergers and acquisitions. Managed infrastructure and application integration of over 300 geographically spread retail locations as well as several back office locations, including integration of email and active directory domains, network infrastructure consolidation, deployment of applications, engineering of application coexistence models, provisioning of security access for the acquired institution staff, telephony conversion, building access system migration, and other technology infrastructure integration efforts.
Managed a 2 year integration effort between existing core processing software suite with and a new core processing system and the development of a new middleware tier to support this integration. The project manager was engaged when the project was deteriorating and was able to turn the project around to being successful in a matter of 2 months.
Managed several re-branding projects. Those projects spanned multiple areas within the company and required both business and IT changes. The project manager managed an aggressive timeline with a hard implementation date, which had to coincide with scheduled shareholder communication.
Managed debit card conversion project. The Project Manager ensured that the project was strictly adhering to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines. The Project Manager excelled at developing a multifaceted testing plan for the project, which involved scheduling testing windows with resources in various locations to perform ATM monetary testing, point of sale debit card testing, and international testing as well as making sure that all the required infrastructure and interfaces, internal and external, were available is configured appropriately to support testing goals.
